Adventure

Vision comes in all forms; from the ability to physically see; to something seen in the mind (as in a dream or spiritual experience).
Vision can be a beautiful or impressive sight; the power of imagination to design or plan something; to imagine what the future of something could be, and the endless possibilities of your mind.
The power of sight is a wonderful thing; the power of vision is an amazing gift.
Let your vision open your world and unlock your potential deep inside.
Small steps lead to big things; that open up a world of possibilities.k
In our daily lives; small steps; one foot in front of the other; no rushing; no haste, slow and steady; can be a great guideline for living life.
American astronaut Neil Armstrong took the first small step on the moon in 1969.
A step that opened the doors to information about the moon and space. A step and a quote that has been remembered to this day.
“That’s one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind.” ~Neil Armstrong
Let your small steps lead you to your big journey one step at a time. The rewards are endless.
Proverbs 16:9 NIV
In their hearts humans plan their course, but the Proverbs 16:9 NIVLohttps:rd establishes their steps.
Opportunities are as endless as the stars.
Look at them all and then reach for the sky.
Fill your dreams and life with happiness.
Ephesians 5:15-17 NIV
Be very careful, then, how you live—not as unwise but as wise, making the most of every opportunity, because the days are evil. Therefore do not be foolish, but understand what the Lord’s will is.
In order to soar to new heights; you must first take your focus off the ground.
~Charlie Walker
Let your focus and goals in life reach to the sky and your mind and imagination soar higher than ever before.
Isaiah 40:31 NIV
But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.
Passion is defined as an emotion, intense, driving, overpowering feeling or conviction; strong affection or love; a strong liking or desire for or dedication to some activity or object of deep interest.
Many have something in their lives that they are very passionate about. It may be work, helping others, teaching, certain hobbies, beliefs, ministry, careers, cooking, working with kids and so many other areas.
Passions are deep and enjoyable desires that draw us deep into them and can be shared with others to learn and enjoy. In some cases a passion turns out to be a calling.
What is your passion? Do you share it with others? Does your passion make a positive impact on lives? Is your passion your calling? Will it bring glory to God? Are you doing what you are passionate about? Does your passion make you happy?
Your passion can change your life and the lives of others.
1 Corinthians 10:31 NIV
So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.
As you travel along your journey, keep your eyes focused on the new beginings. Glance back only enough to remember where you came from, but not enough to turn around and go back.
~ Charlie Walker
Practice is used in everything in life.
It is said that practice makes perfect.
Though it may or may not make things perfect, it does make things and us far better in so many ways.
Practice is not just reserved for sports, athletics, musical instruments, singing, and so on. Practicing having a good mental attitude, being polite, helping others, praising all, respecting people, encouragement, self-improvement, and the list goes on.
Practice being the best that you can possibly be, doing the best in everything you do, and treating others the best that you can is the best practice that you could ever do.
Practice makes us as perfect as we possibly can be; if we are only willing to do it.
Romans 12:13 NIV
Share with the Lord’s people who are in need. Practice hospitality.
The “Eye on the Prize” is a wonderful term. One that is used by athletes, motivationalists, coaches, teachers, and more. Though it is used as a term associated with winning or success, it is far deeper than that. It is beyond a trophy, an award, or achievement.
It is about focus, direction, determination, will power, feelings, strength, a positive attitude, achievement, a driving source deep inside, or a spiritual desire. The prize can be about raising your children, a graduating child, a wish, a dream, creating a happy home, a new job, helping someone, overcoming adversity, or a servere illness. It can be something simple or more complex, and anything that you want bad enough to strive for, desire and want for yourself or for others.
The prize is knowing you did everything you could or were led to do, to the best of your ability and feeling the overwhelming peace, satisfaction and excitement of obtaining the prize.
Let your “Eye on the Prize” be a beautiful experience and journey filled with excitement and joy.
Philippians 3:14 NIV
I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.
Being a mentor is a gift for both the mentor and the student. They are a teacher, guidance counselor, coach, motivational person, and a guide. It takes understanding, patience, a caring and loving attitude, and a desire to understand the student’s strengths and weaknesses.
Learning their abilities or lack thereof, their personalities, capabilities, and the person as a whole, understanding that each person is different from anyone else and may need to learn by various means.
Then working with them, guiding, teaching, offering emotional support, advising, and providing wisdom that will mold and shape them to become the best person they can be on their journey in life.
Being a mentor to someone is an extraordinary blessing that takes desire, a willing attitude, a loving heart, dedication, and commitment.
Bless the mentors that helped change so many lives in the world and in so many ways.
